Most cholesterol and high blood pressure medications are prescribed for once a day, which seems easy enough until you forget a dose. Whether you take prescriptions with or without food or before bedtime, try to keep it consistent—taking medications at the same time each day is recommended for optimal results. We have four key ways to remember your medications.

Note: It's always important to talk to your doctor about all your medication questions, including possible drug interactions, side effects, and dosage adjustments.
