Is Tea Good for Your Heart?

3 of 9

How to Buy Tea

Bagged teas can be found in any supermarket, but loose teas are a bit more difficult to locate. Tea specialty stores, such as Teavana, are now popping up in many shopping malls.

Search for teahouses in your area. Many teahouses have tastings, which will help you become familiar with the various flavors and regions where tea is grown, such as India or China. Get to know your teahouse owner and ask for his or her recommendations based on your preferences toward lighter- or bolder-flavored teas.

Also, shop online, where the world of tea is expansive. Try gongfu-tea.com, adagio.com, or teavana.com.
