Kim's Weight Loss Diet and Workout

Kim's Daily Meal Plan:

Breakfast: 2 slices of multigrain toast with peanut butter and a banana.

Mid-morning snack: oatmeal and 8-ounce glass of skim milk.

Lunch: grilled chicken breast, cooked broccoli and cauliflower, apple, and 8-ounce glass of skim milk.

Afternoon snack: an orange, pear, or other fresh fruit in season.

Supper: chicken quesadillas made with whole grain tortillas, sautéed veggies, a sprinkle of cheese, and 8-ounce glass of skim milk.

Drinks 32 to 48 ounces of water per day.

Kim's Workout:

Cardio exercise 3-4 times a week. Her favorite activities include using an elliptical machine, taking walks outside, and caring for her 12 horses. She also enjoys maintaining her five acres of land with her husband.
