Stretch 3: Shoulder Stretch 

Target: Outside of upper arm

Step 1: Stand comfortably. Raise your right arm across your body, bending it slightly.

Step 2: With your left arm, gently push your extended right arm toward your body until you feel a comfortable stretch in your right arm. Hold for 20 seconds, then repeat with the other arm.
