zumba: Aerobics with a Latin Accent

4 of 7

Zumba Shuffle

Face forward with your feet close together. Keep your left foot planted and bend your left knee slightly as you step your right foot toward the right, letting your right hip follow. At the same time, mimic the arm action in the photos at left. Then just twist your body to the other side, adding a shuffle step as you turn, and do the same moves in the opposite direction. The Zumba Shuffle emphasizes your hip action in this sequence: right, right, left, right. Then left, left, right, left.
