All-Wrapped-Up Salad

We've taken the guesswork out of cooking for two. Simply mix and match any of the recipes that follow to create a meal that works for you.

When choosing salad greens, go for romaine or other dark, leafy varieties. Dark greens, such as romaine or spinach, have more nutrients than light greens, such as iceberg lettuce. In fact romaine lettuce contains heart-healthy vitamin C, beta-carotene, folic acid, potassium, and fiber.
