Rich bites of dark chocolate melt in your mouth at a temptingly low 32 calories. To keep eggs from deflating, be sure to use egg beaters that are clean, dry, and free of any grease.

Tip: Espresso powder is recommended because it dissolves better than instant coffee and doesn't leave a grainy texture. It is available in the coffee aisle of most grocery stores.
