peppermint foot soak

Benefit: Relieves dry, itchy feet

Bring 8 cups (1⁄2 gallon) of water to a boil in a large pot; turn off heat. Add 8 cups loosely packed fresh peppermint, cover with lid, and steep 15 minutes. Transfer the infusion to a basin.
