Pamper yourself

brown sugar scrub

Benefit:Smoothes and moisturizes skin

Combine 1 cup brown sugar, 1⁄4 cup honey, 1⁄4 cup almond oil, and 2 teaspoons fresh flower petals, such as rose, Calendula, or lavender in a shower-safe, nonmetal container. In the shower, rub the mixture onto damp skin, then rinse. (Caution: The oil in this treatment can make a shower floor slippery.)
