herbal hair rinse

Benefit: Relieves a dry, itchy scalp

Place one large handful of fresh rosemary, sage, and/or chamomile in a 1-quart jar and pour 2 cups boiling water over the herbs. Cover loosely with lid or saucer and steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Allow the infusion to cool. Strain and discard herbs. Pour the cooled infusion over just-washed hair and do not rinse.
