Take the Stress Out of Holiday Shopping

1 of 10

If the mere thought of holiday shopping sends your heart racing, we can help! These easy tips will help you get prepared, stay healthy, and feel less stressed in the stores.

By Sara Broek

Holiday shopping can be stressful. Before hitting the shops this season, check out these quick tips.

Make a List and Check It Twice
Create a list of all of the people you would like to give a gift to this holiday season. On this list, make a note of how much you want to spend per person. This will give you a good idea of how much money you’re going to hand over. Allot for this amount in your budget. When you check off each person on your list, write down how much you actually spent to keep a record of your costs.

If you’re a person who strives for the perfect gift, remember that the number on the price tag doesn’t have to equal how much love you have for that person.
