For inspiration: I have sayings that I have taped around my computer. My favorites:
- A second on your lips, forever on your hips.
- If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
- You have to believe in order to achieve.
- You can choose the food or you can let the food choose YOU.
- You are what you eat.
Diet tip: I don’t like to call it a diet, because it is actually learning to eat healthier.
Guilty pleasure: Ice cream.
Favorite snack: Weight Watcherss ice cream Bars or sugar-free pudding with light whipped topping.
Fitness routine: A workout that includes
35 minutes on the treadmill and 35 minutes on the elliptical machine five to six days a week.
Stress relief: Soaking in a warm tub full of bubbles.
